If a customer wants a return, they are communicating that the product did not meet their expectations for one reason or another and want a refund.
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
An exchange on the other hand, means that they were satisfied with the quality of the product and the buying experience, but chose the wrong item.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
