Description
Colocasia canary is a plant that is not edible, fragrant, or flowering. It can be grown in a container and is cold-hardy down to -10°C (14°F).
Colocasia is also known as taro root. It is a starchy vegetable with a nutty flavor. It is low in calories and sodium, and high in potassium. It is beneficial for the heart and can be consumed by people with high blood pressure.
Colocasia is a herbaceous perennial plant with a large corm on or just below the ground surface. The leaves are large to very large, 20–150 cm (7.9–59.1 in) long, with a sagittate shape. The elephant’s-ear plant gets its name from the leaves, which are shaped like a large ear or shield.

How to Care :
