The Anthurium Pedatoradiatum, also known as the “Fingers Anthurium,” is a unique and eye-catching houseplant native to the rainforests of Mexico. Here’s a short description:

Foliage:

  • Deeply lobed leaves resembling outstretched fingers (hence the nickname)
  • Bright green, glossy, and can grow up to 60 cm wide
  • Palmate shape, with more “fingers” as they mature

Overall:

  • Terrestrial plant, unlike most other Anthuriums which are epiphytes
  • Reaches a height of about 1 meter
  • Relatively easy to care for
  • Prefers bright but indirect sunlight, moderate humidity, and well-draining soil

How to Care :

  • Make sure your plants are getting enough water and sunlight.
  • Recommended Soil Media: 40% Garden Soil 25% cocopeat 25% Organic manure/Vermicompost 5% charcoal chips 5% perlite.
  • Fertilize your plants once a month.
  • Avoid over-watering your plants.
  • Cut off any dead or diseased Leaves.
  • Make Sure Pots Have Drainage Holes.
  • Don’t Repot Immediately after received wait for at least 2-3 Days.
