Colocasia esculenta ‘Siam Ruby’ is a type of elephant ear plant. It’s also known as the Taro plant.Â
Colocasia plants are herbaceous perennials with large corms. Their leaves are large, ranging from 20–150 cm (7.9–59.1 in) long, and are shaped like a large ear or shield.Â
