Impatiens grandis, commonly known as Grand Balsam.
Impatiens grandis, or Grand Balsam, is a perennial herb native to Southern Western Ghats in India and Sri Lanka. It grows 1-2.75m tall, with large, pale rose or white flowers in umbel-like clusters, and thrives in densely forested ravines at 950-1700m altitudes.

Robust herb or shrub, often erect and branched, with thick, round stems that are hairless, displaying prominent leaf scars.
Leaves:
Alternate, ovate-lanceshaped, or elliptic, with bristly saw-toothed margins (8–21 cm long).

Large, pale rose or white flowers with a sac-like lip (3-4 cm long) and a short, stout, straight spur.
